Vickerstock are working with an established and successful Northern Ireland manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Programme Manager. This is a key position within the business, taking responsibility for the coordination and delivery of significant customer projects within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment. Working across a number of internal departments, you will take ownership of projects, ensuring activities remain on track commercially and operationally while maintaining strong relationships with key customers. The role combines Project / Programme Management, customer engagement, commercial responsibility and cross-functional coordination and would particularly suit someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving projects through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities for this Programme Manager position
- Take ownership of significant customer projects and ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and other internal departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor project timescales, costs and overall performance
- Ensure internal teams remain aligned with project priorities and customer expectations
- Identify potential project issues and drive appropriate solutions
- Manage changes to project requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide clear communication and reporting on project progress
- Coordinate internal and customer project meetings
- Support the commercial performance of assigned projects

Essential Criteria for this Programme Manager position
- Previous experience within Programme Management, Project Management or a similar project-led position
