This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, working on high-quality electronic products within a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in the assembly, testing, and fault diagnosis of electronic components, ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

The Role

  • Assembly of electronic components and systems in line with technical drawings and specifications
  • Testing and inspection of finished products to ensure functionality and quality standards are met
  • Fault finding and diagnosis to component level
  • Soldering and rework of electronic assemblies
  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times
  • Adhering to strict quality protocols and manufacturing standards
  • Recording and reporting of test results and faults

What you will need

  • Previous experience in an electronic assembly or test role
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong fault-finding skills down to component level
  • Experience in soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount desirable)
  • Good understanding of quality standards and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
