This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful seafood processing business supplying high-quality products to customers across global markets. With continued growth and investment, the business is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead its production operations and play a key role in driving operational performance.

The Role
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the production facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational efficiencies are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily production operations and ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently
- Coordinating production schedules across multiple product lines
- Leading, motivating and developing production teams
- Monitoring plant throughput and driving productivity across the operation
- Ensuring products are manufactured safely, on time and to the required quality standards
- Managing inventory levels to support efficient production and supply chain performance
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures in line with food industry standards
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational performance
- Monitoring production KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promoting a positive food safety culture and ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements
What you'll need
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing systems and KPI management
