Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a respected fit out contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a flagship refurbishment project. This is a 13-week temporary contract, with the possibility of additional work following successful project delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Site Manager who thrives in high-quality, detail-focused environments.
The Role
- Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of finish
- Coordinating trades and materials to meet programme milestones
- Maintaining site records, RAMS and quality checks
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out or refurbishment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades on site
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
- Day rate equivalent to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- 13-week temporary contract with potential for further work
