Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with an established fit out contractor to recruit a Project Manager for a prestigious, high-end refurbishment project based in County Down. This is a 13-week temporary contract, with strong potential to lead to further work on future projects.
This role will see you overseeing the delivery of a complex fit out within a historic setting, working closely with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover
- Managing programme, budgets and subcontractor performance
- Liaising with clients, design teams and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring health & safety, quality and commercial targets are met
- Providing strong leadership and direction to site management teams
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-spec, detail-driven projects
- SMSTS and CSR certification
- Full UK driving licence
What's On Offer
- Day rate equivalent to £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
