Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with our Food Manufacturing client whose aim is to create food ranges that brings bespoke experience and deliver exquisite artisan bakery and food to go products to their customers with the appointment of Quality Compliance Manager for their site based close to Banbridge.
Reporting to the Technical Manager you will have responsibility for a small team, ensuring ongoing compliance with food safety, quality, legality and authenticity on site.

Maintain site food safety, quality, authenticity and legal requirements and Quality Management SystemsParticipation in site risk assessments to ensure they are completed for all tasks that may have an impact on site security, vulnerability and food safety, quality, authenticity and legality. Your essential ingredients: Minimum of 3 years relevant management experience in a Technical or Quality Assurance role, gained in a food manufacturing environment.
