About the Role

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Antrim to recruit a Production Manager. The role will oversee two specialist operational facilities located close to the company's main manufacturing site, including a modern powder coating operation alongside logistics, kitting and light assembly activities. You will lead approximately 40 staff across both sites with the support of Production Supervisors and will take ownership for productivity, operational performance and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across both facilities
  • Drive productivity, efficiency and operational performance
  • Improve on-time delivery and workflow management
  • Lead and develop Production Supervisors and operational teams
  • Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are achieved
  • Work closely with planning and wider operations teams
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
  • Maintain strong H&S, quality and operational standards
