Head of Engineering
Senior executive salary is on offer for the right person. Full time permanent role Monday to Friday. Role fully based on site – Mid Ulster, Dungannon / Coalisland area.
As a medium sized, established, home grown heavy metal machinery engineering company, our client has become a commercial success story; designing, manufacturing and commissioning products. With a busy order book, they supply a global market and have aggressive growth plans.

The successful person will be a strong team leader within a similar role and have had previous extensive experience in specifically managing or overseeing Design, R&D and Applications teams in the past, ideally within the heavy metal machinery industry. They will have a relevant 3rd level education and have a strategic mindset as well as one for efficiencies and process flow improvement.
