Vickerstock are working in partnership with a large public sector organisation on the recruitment of an Administrator.

Person Specification

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a strategically-focused Administrative role - e.g. Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar
  • Strong Excel & Microsoft skills
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working across a range of teams and functions within a business
  • Business qualifications are desirable but not necessary
  • Staff management experience is desirable
  • Proactive mindset
  • Driver's licence

Your new role as Administrator

  • Take part in continuous improvement plans for the business

  • Work closely with internal and external teams
