We are currently recruiting for an Electronics Quality Manager for a newly acquired, yet very established firm in the Ballynahinch area. They have a full order book and cater across various industries/products and supply into global customers to different quality standards.
The role will be responsible for a small experienced team of just under half a dozen quality engineers and technicians and will report into the Managing Director. The company are looking for someone with quality leadership experience within a similar electronics/electrics environment and will also consider strong lead quality engineers who have some exposure to directing or guiding others in this industry.
Needed for this role:
- 3+ years experience of guiding and leading others within a quality department in the electronics/electric industry
- Experience of being the key person who looks after a company’s QMS
- A good understanding of Electronic/Electrical components and parts - from a quality perspective
- Internal Quality Auditing experience
- Excellent people and soft skills
