A leading MEP contractor is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join its expanding in-house design team in Belfast. With a strong presence in the water and wastewater sector across Ireland and the UK, the company is investing in building technical capacity to support a robust pipeline of projects for major utilities clients.

Your new role as Electrical Design Engineer – Water
You will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems on a range of water and wastewater treatment projects, working within a multi-disciplinary design and delivery team. From early-stage concept through to detailed design and construction support, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical design packages including MCCs, instrumentation, power distribution, cabling, and control systems.

What you will need to succeed as an Electrical Design Engineer – Water
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience delivering electrical designs for water/wastewater (or similar) projects
