Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading food manufacturing business in Dungannon to recruit a dynamic Production Supervisor for their high-risk automated production area. This is a key leadership role within a modern, highly automated facility, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of shift performance while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and people management.

Your day to day
- You will be responsible for supervising people, processes, and equipment within a fast-paced, automated environment, while promoting a strong food safety culture and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Supervise and coordinate the high-risk production area on day shift
- Drive production performance, ensuring targets, efficiency and consistency are achieved
- Monitor automated equipment, escalating issues promptly to Engineering
- Ensure full compliance with high-risk food safety, hygiene and GMP standards
- Ensure products consistently meet customer and internal quality requirements
- Lead, coach and motivate operatives to deliver high performance
- Communicate clearly with teams and support ongoing training and development
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and promote waste reduction
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Technical and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement
Your essential ingredients
- Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety and operational compliance
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
