As the successful Product Technologist, you will provide support to the Technical Account Management team in all day-to-day operations.

What your typical day as Product Technologist will look like:
- Development and maintenance of raw material finished product specifications, Quality Attribute Documents etc &lian; liaison with customers in this regard.
- Participate in site Allergen Management Programme ensuring that raw materials are in line with customer and legal requirements together with the risk assessments and record keeping thereof.
- Collect, analyse and report data on relevant key performance indicators such as customer complaints, store complaints, sales together with management of complaints reduction programme with site management.
- Must liaise between all relevant departments of the business to ensure that customer requirements are communicated, understood and being adhered to.
- Management of relevant information on customer specification systems.
- Preparation collection and shipping of samples to customers.
- Conduct product checks and inspections to ensure product produced adheres to customer specification.
- Liaise with NPD to assist with final product development approval and launch.
- Review artwork in advance of products launches to ensure that labels are complete, accurate, legal, meeting customer, technical and operational requirements.
- Collation of information for retail price list.
- Other associated technical duties.
What you will need to succeed:
- Desirable to have a third level qualification or equivalent in a food related discipline.
- Previous technical experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, career driven and self-disciplined with ability to meet strict deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
