Your day to day:
- Work in full compliance with Health & Safety policies, always maintaining a safety-first approach.
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance - both preventative and reactive - across production lines and plant equipment.
- Deliver maintenance activities in line with all statutory and company Health & Safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with Production Shift Managers and production teams to achieve efficiency and performance targets.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring correct booking and stock levels.
- Oversee and coordinate contractors working on-site.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across all engineering areas.
- Provide support for new installations, upgrades, and engineering projects.
- Create, review, and update work instruction documents and risk assessments as required.
Your essentials:
- Time-served Engineer with both Mechanical and Electrical experience.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
