Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Residential Contractor working on a large residential housing project in Drogheda, recruiting a Finishing Foreman.
Your new role as Site Foreman:
- Set up and maintain walkways and routes
- Manage health and safety on site
- Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages
- Understanding of delivery targets
- Inspect on site works
- Weekly reporting on project delivery
- Assist in daily meetings
- Manage on-site contractors
- Control works, including finishes and fixes and handover
What you'll need to be successful as Site Foreman:
- A valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction
- Strong health and safety knowledge
