Vickerstock are working in partnership with a very successful transport & logistics business in County Antrim who now have an opening for a Customs Coordinator on a full-time basis. As the Customs Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling import & export shipments and full Customs Clearance facilities across GB and Ireland. hours) Monday to Friday (1 weekend every 9) Role overview: Customs Declarations: Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs declarations and paperwork for imports, exports, and transit shipments. Compliance: Ensure all customs processes comply with UK and international customs regulations, including post-Brexit requirements. Documentation Management: Verify and process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and packing lists. What you will need to succeed: One year’s experience transport/logistics environment. Strong computer skills i.e., MS Word and Excel Strong knowledge of import and export air/road/sea freight movements Previous experience processing customs declarations would be beneficial.
