Quality Engineer - Multiple Opportunities Location: County Tyrone Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing What's in it for you?

These are excellent opportunities for Quality Engineers who enjoy being close to Manufacturing, solving real engineering problems and improving the quality of products and processes. The three positions offer slightly different levels of responsibility. Two of the opportunities are hands-on Quality Engineering positions, working within established Quality Management Systems and supporting quality across Manufacturing, Engineering, suppliers and customers.

The third is a more senior Quality Engineer opportunity, paying £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, where you will take greater ownership for the Quality Management System, alongside the wider Quality Engineering responsibilities. Depending on your experience, we can therefore discuss which of the three opportunities is the strongest fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Support and improve quality across the manufacturing process Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions Carry out root cause analysis and practical problem-solving Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve quality Support internal, customer and supplier quality requirements Assist with audits, quality procedures and continuous improvement Monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement Work with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues For the more senior opportunity, you will also have increased responsibility for managing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.

Essential Criteria Previous Quality Engineering experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment Good understanding of Quality Management Systems Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions Practical understanding of manufacturing processes Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience with QMS management, auditing, supplier quality or continuous improvement would be particularly attractive and will determine which of the three positions is most suitable.
