Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading dairy manufacturing business to recruit a Quality Systems Coordinator for their site based in Coleraine, on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This is a great opportunity to join a regional Quality Systems team, supporting food safety and quality processes, reporting, product release and quality management systems within a busy manufacturing environment.

The Role
- Coordinate product release following successful microbiological and analytical testing.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reports for internal teams and customers.
- Maintain product and environmental monitoring inspection schedules, including trend analysis and investigations.
- Support customer complaints, external storage processes and raw material approval documentation.
- Maintain pest control portal information and customer portal alerts.
- Complete internal Quality Management System audits.
- Write and maintain SOPs, supporting staff training on documentation and procedures.
- Manage technical department stock, including laboratory consumables, PPE and purchase orders.
- Support day-to-day Quality Systems administration and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Quality Systems Manager when required.
What you'll need
- A diploma or higher qualification in a Food Science-related subject.
- An understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of BRCGS and relevant customer standards.
- Experience in root-cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
- Strong numerical, planning and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret process data.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
