Sales Support Co-ordinator Castlewellan £ Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual who enjoys working with customers, managing information and supporting a busy sales function. Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will play an important role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly, ensuring customer information is accurate, enquiries are handled professionally and internal teams have the information they need to deliver an effective service. What's on offer Salary £ 28days holiday Product discounts Your day to day Maintain accurate customer accounts, product information, pricing and promotional records. Support the Sales Team with customer enquiries, order updates and general administration. Liaise with Production, Planning, Dispatch and Finance to ensure information is communicated effectively and queries are resolved. Prepare sales reports, update spreadsheets and maintain accurate customer and sales data. Assist with new customer and product set-up, customer documentation and internal processes. Coordinate product information, samples, customer meetings and sales-related activities. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Sales & Marketing and the wider Sales Team. Your essentials ingredients Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or customer service role. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a busy environment. A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments. Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, retail or wholesale would be advantageous, as would familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
