You will play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing revenue streams. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and industry events. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand initiatives. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits. Monitor and analyse market trends to adjust strategies in order to stay ahead of the competition. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Your essential ingredients Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets within the ‘Ready Meal’ space Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. (This role will target the Northern + Southern Ireland and UK convenience market – previous experience with the likes of Asda, Sainsbury’s,Tesco, Musgrave, Dunnes in a BD or Buying capacity would be a distinct advantage).
