At Vickerstock, we’re expanding our Food FMCG Division and are looking for an experienced consultant to take ownership of a specialist vertical within engineering and technical across the UK. This is not a "start from scratch role". You’ll be building on:
- Established client relationships
- A strong reputation across technical markets
- Support from an experienced UK & Ireland team.
The Role:
- Run a 360 recruitment desk focused on engineering and technical roles within Food FMCG
- Develop and expand existing client relationships
- Win new business in a high-demand, candidate short market
- Deliver on mid-senior level roles across high demand, delivery critical environments
- Build a strong, specialist network within your niche
About You:
- 4+ years recruitment experience within UK Food FMCG
- Strong track record placing engineering or technical roles
- Commercially driven with confidence in business development
- Looking for more ownership, autonomy, and earning potential.
