Salary 45-55,000Discretionary bonusMonday to Friday working patternAbove stat holiday entitlementLife AssuranceMedicash cash back serviceYour Day to Day: As Aftermarket Service Engineering Manager, you will lead and coordinate all proactive rework activities across customer vehicle fleets, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role, acting as the key link between Customers, Engineering, Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and third-party partners. Rework activity can range from safety-critical and functional issues through to quality improvements and lower-priority enhancements. You will lead and develop a team of four, creating a positive, respectful and accountable environment while maintaining high standards of performance and quality. Assess campaign scope, risk, cost, resources and timescales. Translate technical engineering documentation into practical field implementation. Lead, support and develop a team of four. Coordinate Service Engineers, contractors and third-party partners. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and 3rd Party PartnersManage campaign budgets, materials, stock and subcontractor costs. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide clear, timely communication. Ensure work is delivered in line with ISO 9001 requirements and Wrightbus quality standards. Identify recurring engineering and manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced engineering or service professional with strong people-management and customer-facing experience. You will be someone who: Understands technical engineering documentation and can turn it into practical solutions. Has strong planning, organisational and commercial awareness.
