Vickerstock are partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Service Campaign Manager to join their growing Aftermarket team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the planning and delivery of proactive vehicle service campaigns.

You'll coordinate cross‑functional teams, customers and suppliers to ensure retrofit and rework programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule, while driving customer satisfaction and operational performance.

The Role

  • Lead the planning and delivery of vehicle service campaigns
  • Coordinate engineering, field service teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resources
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across campaign delivery and customer service

About You
