The business has a strong track record of hiring and developing Graduate Engineers, with many progressing through the company into more senior engineering positions over time. The Role:
- Design and develop bespoke machinery and tooling solutions
- Produce engineering drawings and technical documentation using 3D CAD software
- Support product development, testing, and validation activities
- Work closely with suppliers, production, and assembly teams
- Support continuous improvement and engineering enhancement projects
- Assist with technical support and customer-related engineering activities
Essential Criteria:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3D CAD experience, ideally using Solid Edge or similar
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous placement, project, or industrial experience would be beneficial but not essential
