Vickerstock are working in partnership with a growing specialist in Fire & Security solutions to recruit a Fire & Security Engineer. Our client delivers installation, service and maintenance of high-quality fire and electronic security systems across commercial, industrial and public sector sites throughout Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a company known for technical standards, long-term contracts and a strong pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of:
- Fire alarm systems
- Intruder alarm systems
- CCTV systems
- Access control systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer or similar role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with a range of manufacturers (e.g. Gent, Advanced, Hikvision, Paxton, Galaxy, Texecom or similar)
- Good understanding of fire and security industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
