Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with our Food Manufacturing client whose aim is to create food ranges that brings bespoke experience and deliver exquisite artisan bakery and food to go products to their customers with the appointment of Quality Compliance Manager for their site based close to Banbridge.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will have responsibility for a small team, ensuring ongoing compliance with food safety, quality, legality and authenticity on site.

Free On-Site Parking Cycle To Work Scheme Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme Staff Events Staff Learning and Development Opportunities What your typical day will look like: Management and delivery of BRCGS and customer requirements by ensuring that effective systems and procedures are in place and kept up to date with regards to NPD Trials, product launches, HACCP reviews, product specifications, sampling, testing, packaging approval, product labelling.

Maintain site food safety, quality, authenticity and legal requirements and Quality Management Systems Participation in site risk assessments to ensure they are completed for all tasks that may have an impact on site security, vulnerability and food safety, quality, authenticity and legality.

Your essential ingredients: Minimum of 3 years relevant management experience in a Technical or Quality Assurance role, gained in a food manufacturing environment.
