Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Paint Department, leading the paint team to ensure production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.
The Opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Paint Department
- Organise and prioritise daily workloads in line with the production schedule
- Supervise, motivate and develop the Paint team
- Ensure all surface preparation, painting and finishing activities are completed to specification
- Monitor production performance, minimise defects and rework, and support continuous improvement
- Promote a strong Health and Safety culture within the team
