A growing engineering consultancy is continuing to expand its water and wastewater capability and is now seeking an Associate / Associate Director Civil Engineer to join their newly acquired, Coventry-based office. With a strong regional presence and secured workloads across the West Midlands, the business is investing in senior leadership to establish and grow a new water engineering team within an already well-established office.

This is a senior leadership role offering a blend of technical delivery, team leadership and client-facing responsibility. The position would suit a Principal Engineer stepping up to Associate, or an Associate ready to move to Associate Director, who is motivated by the opportunity to shape a team and influence regional delivery.

Your new role as Associate / Associate Director (Water): As part of the senior team, you will take responsibility for the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, supporting clients from early engagement through to construction delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of water and wastewater projects across ECI and detailed design.
