Maintenance Manager Craigavon I am recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within our client's Craigavon-based operation. Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm; Friday, 8am-3:30pm On-call rota Excellent benefits package Your day to day as Maintenance Manager Lead, coach and develop the site maintenance team, promoting a proactive and continuous improvement culture. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory and external contractor expenditure. Lead capital projects, including the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment. Manage third-party contractors, including site inductions, RAMS approval and Permit to Work procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records, compliance documentation and asset histories. Participate in the on-call rota, providing maintenance support during evenings and weekends as required. Your essentials Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Previous leadership or management experience within a maintenance or engineering environment. Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety requirements and contractor management. Project management experience, including equipment installation and commissioning.
