We have an excellent opportunity for an Architect/ Senior Architectural Technician to become part of a team working on a variety of projects throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. The post will offer the successful applicant an interesting, challenging and varied workload.
Requirements
- An experienced Autodesk AutoCAD user with a Construction/Architectural/CAD third-level qualification
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an architectural environment on construction projects, with a proven track record of producing quality drawing work to tight deadlines.
- Conversant with 2D/3D draughting software using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Can adhere to CAD Standards, Document Control, Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations
- Work with the design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to our clients
- Ability to produce accurate and well-presented drawings or documents in accordance with the design brief
- Ability to understand and create Architectural details from general arrangement plans
- Knowledge and experience of all common building materials and details
- Ability to take ownership of their own projects and undertake coordination of works
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
