Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insight into trends and variances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Support month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Produce management information and KPI reporting.
- Contribute to the development of Group Reporting processes.
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with finance and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or studying.
- 2-3 years' experience in a commercial finance role.
- Experience in a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience of financial reporting or financial control.
- Exposure to group reporting, consolidation or finance transformation projects.
- Experience with ERP or reporting systems.
- Experience supporting financial consolidations, including reconciliations, validation and intercompany balance reviews.
- Working knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements.
- Experience using financial consolidation and reporting systems (e. g. Oracle EPBCS, FCCS or similar).
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP or equivalent.
