Vicarius Automotive is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Service Advisor/ Receptionist to join our busy workshop team. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, helping keep the workshop running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
  • Booking vehicles in for repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOTs
  • Greeting customers and handling front desk enquiries
  • Contacting customers with updates on their vehicles
  • Ordering vehicle parts from suppliers
  • Creating invoices and processing payments
  • Maintaining customer records and job cards
  • Supporting the workshop team with general administration duties

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Confident using computers, emails, and phone systems
  • Previous administration or reception experience preferred
  • Automotive industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential
  • Parts Advisor/ Service Advisor experience Desirable
