Vicarius Automotive is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Service Advisor/ Receptionist to join our busy workshop team. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, helping keep the workshop running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Booking vehicles in for repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOTs
- Greeting customers and handling front desk enquiries
- Contacting customers with updates on their vehicles
- Ordering vehicle parts from suppliers
- Creating invoices and processing payments
- Maintaining customer records and job cards
- Supporting the workshop team with general administration duties
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Previous administration or reception experience preferred
