National Account Executive (FMCG) – Beaconsfield 3 days per week in Head Office, with Mondays & Fridays either WFH or customer visits £40,000pa basic, plus minimum 30% annual bonus, company car & more! Are you an experienced Sales Executive, Account Manager or National Account Executive ready to manage and grow major retail accounts? This is your chance to join a fast-paced, dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow a portfolio of national FMCG accounts * Develop trusted relationships with major customers to maintain and increase market share * Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and operations * Use sales data and analytics to identify new business opportunities * Prepare and present sales forecasts and account reviews to Senior Management * Ensure the correct products / services are delivered to customers on time * Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service * Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with any complaints to maintain trust Candidate Requirements: * Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within FMCG (not essential) * Strong skills in account management, relationship building, negotiation, and communication * Conscientious self-starter with a strong commitment to team working and a passion for excellent customer service * Experience of providing solutions based on customer needs * Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data effectively * Positive, proactive, and highly organised * Full UK driving licence Company benefits include: * Pension scheme, with employer contributions of 3% * Generous life assurance cover (4 x annual salary) * 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays * Employee assist programme * Free on-site parking * Periodic voucher rewards schemes * Monthly competitions and prizes! * Opportunity to attend trade shows and events * Friendly, family feel team environment The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business through profitable sales to achieve long-term success.
