We are seeking a Property Administrator on behalf of a leading company based in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to step into a fast-paced role that is integral to the smooth running of daily operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have exceptional Customer Service communication and Administration skills, this could be the perfect position for you! Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams • Create, review, and manage essential documents such as invoices, estimates, quotes, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access to records • Manage diaries and schedules for management and field staff, arranging meetings and prioritising tasks. Allocate and monitor jobs using company systems, ensuring efficient resource planning and clear communication with clients and engineers • Monitor and log expenses, overtime, and job progress to ensure accurate reporting • Maintain stock levels for office supplies and equipment Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary between £22,000 – £27,000 • 20 days holiday + bank holidays • Health insurance • Free parking • Company social events The ideal candidate will have previous Property administrative experience, ideally in a property management, trade-based or service-focused environment. Be confident, adaptable, and friendly, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience using Xero would be an advantage. Based full time in the office in Poole in a professional and collaborative working environment and will be given the opportunity to make a real impact in an integral role.
