Salary: £42,000 – £53,000 + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance

What you’ll do as HSQE Advisor:
- Maintain and improve HSQE management systems and procedures
- Provide practical HSQE advice to managers, employees and subcontractors
- Support projects to ensure full CDM compliance, including Client, Principal Contractor and Principal Designer duties
- Act as a client-facing HSQE point of contact
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
- Develop and manage audit programmes aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Carry out contractor audits, site inspections and compliance monitoring
- Analyse performance trends and report improvement actions to senior leadership

- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- A full UK driving licence
