The Refrigeration Engineer Role

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for

• Servicing, maintaining, repairing and commissioning commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, including PC and PLC-controlled systems.
• Working across food production facilities, breweries, dairies, healthcare environments and manufacturing sites.
• Producing accurate service reports and maintaining excellent communication with customers.
• Delivering high levels of customer service whilst maintaining exceptional engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Refrigeration Engineer who has

• Experience working within commercial, industrial refrigeration or heavy chiller environments.
• Ammonia experience is ideal, however engineers with light industrial refrigeration or heavy chiller experience who are eager to learn ammonia are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with CO₂ or hydrocarbon refrigerants would be advantageous.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and excellent team ethic.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Overtime with realistic earnings up to £70,000 - £75,000+
