The Refrigeration Engineer Role
As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for
- Servicing, maintaining, repairing and commissioning commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, including PC and PLC-controlled systems.
- Working across food production facilities, breweries, dairies, healthcare environments and manufacturing sites.
- Producing accurate service reports and maintaining excellent communication with customers.
- Delivering high levels of customer service whilst maintaining exceptional engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Refrigeration Engineer who has
- Experience working within commercial, industrial refrigeration or heavy chiller environments.
- Ammonia experience is ideal, however engineers with light industrial refrigeration or heavy chiller experience who are eager to learn ammonia are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with CO₂ or hydrocarbon refrigerants would be advantageous.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and excellent team ethic.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
