We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to cover the Northern region (Birmingham through to Newcastle). This is a field-based role focused on service sales, developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering consistent sales growth.

What you’ll be doing as Sales Manager/Business Development Manager:

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts while actively winning new service sales business.
  • Meeting clients face-to-face to build strong, lasting relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional products and services and sharing market insights with the wider team.
  • Preparing and following up quotations to maximise conversion rates.
  • Negotiating commercial terms within agreed parameters.
  • Representing the business at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior leadership.
