The Role of Field Service Engineer - Heat Pumps
As a Field Service Engineer - Heat Pumps, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and installation partners throughout Ireland, ensuring equipment is installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing first-line technical support for air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, commissioning, retrofits and refurbishments.
- Supporting and developing an installer network through technical guidance and site visits.
- Delivering technical training to installers and contractors.
- Investigating technical issues and providing effective solutions.
