Would you like to work in the property industry? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our panel of nationwide Inventory Clerks, to carry out residential property reports on our behalf.
As a Self-Employed Inventory Clerk, you will be reporting on the condition of properties in and around your local area using an iPad (iOS) free app. There is a variety of work available involving property inventories, checking tenants in and out of a property, carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections, and liaising with lettings and estate agents. The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to deal with situations as they arise, and delivering great customer service. All you need is your own vehicle, iPad (iOS), a can-do attitude, and to be a real people person. You don’t have to know about inventories as we will provide full free training.
