12 Domestic Energy Inventory Clerks to join our growing London team.

This is a full‑time, employed position offering the opportunity to work independently while delivering a high standard of service across residential properties.

The role is primarily focused on completing property inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections

Key Responsibilities

  • Full‑time | Employed | Field‑Based
  • Carry out property inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections.
  • Produce accurate, detailed and professional reports using company systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, landlords, letting agents and homeowners.
  • Manage your daily schedule and travel between appointments.
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
  • Complete EPC assessments where qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.
