About the Role
Conduct high volumes of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) within the residential sector.
Carry out inventory checks as part of the property assessment process.
While prior experience is not essential, full training will be provided.
Deliver precise and timely reports using specialized field software, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain exceptional service levels and foster strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake EPCs on domestic properties using i Pad software in the field
- Undertake inventory related property assessments using various pieces of software in the field, such as Inventories, Property Audits, Property Viewings, check ins, check outs and Legionella Risk Assessments
- Undertake independent energy audits
- Submit comprehensive, accurate reports same day on a right first time basis
- Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work
- Display a right first time attitude to service delivery
- Use in house IT systems to complete assessments daily
- Build effective relationships with clients in your area, to enhance service delivery
- Identify and maximize new business opportunities
- Attend training sessions as required
