Are you looking for a fulfilling & rewarding career? Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Braintree. You will join us on a Relief hour contract. In return you will receive an hourly rate of £12.21, plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role: Cressing Road provides supported living care to 8 people with a learning disability who have a high degree of daily living skills. We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You'll be responsible for empowering residents' independence in their home and in the community, assisting with daily living skills e.g. cooking, house-keeping, finances, medication. As well as being able to work as part of a team, understanding lone-working, working on own initiative and dealing with situations as they arise.

We welcome candidates with and without experience, as we provide a high standard of training to all staff.
