Are you looking for a fulfilling & rewarding career? Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford on a part-time casual basis. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to be offered a part or full-time salaried role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of Β£12.21 per hour, plus benefits.

Corporation Road is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities currently aged between their 40s and 70s. Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. About the Support Worker role: We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays.
