Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for an Activity Worker to join our team in Dunelm, Chadwell Heath. You will join us on a full-time basis (37 hours a week) and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £23,582 per annum plus benefits.
Dunelm is a Nursing Home for 11 service users with severe learning Disabilities and complex Healthcare needs. As a support worker you will work closely with other Healthcare Professionals around Chadwell heath Area. Service users require 24-hour holistic support around all their needs including accessing the Community for activities.
About the Activity Worker role:
We’re looking for an Activity Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
We are looking for confident and capable Activity Worker who can think on their feet, are energetic, enthusiastic and who are proactive in creating in house and community-based activities. There is a strong team ethos and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels is essential.
Experience of working with people with Learning disabilities and individuals who are on the Autistic spectrum would be useful, however a can-do and positive attitude is more important. Part your role will include working on a one-to-one basis with our service users.
