Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus, located in Rochdale, MA, is a 47-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced, friendly work environment where you can build close relationships with your patients and their families.
Responsibilities
The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises care plans for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Healthcare\’s mission and values. This includes direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality, establishing professional relationships, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise in your specialty.
Required Skills
- Current, valid RN license in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire
Additional Qualifications/Skills
- Previous acute care experience preferred
- Professional image and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Proficiency with computer and software applications used in job functions
