About Vibra Energy: Vibra Energy Ltd is a rapidly growing contractor delivering Solar PV, ASHP, insulation, retrofit, energy efficiency, and damp & mould services across the South East and Midlands. We are expanding into major council and housing association frameworks and are now looking for an experienced compliance & accreditation specialist to build and manage our full compliance structure.
Role Overview: This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing and maintaining all certifications, accreditations and compliance processes required for public‑sector frameworks. You will lead on CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, Cyber Essentials, PAS2030/2035, MCS, TrustMark and our internal QMS. You will work closely with the Directors and operations team to make Vibra fully tender‑ready.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CHAS Advanced, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor and SSIP submissions
- Maintain PAS2030/2035, TrustMark and MCS compliance documentation
- Build and maintain QMS including policies, RAMS, RA, COSHH
- Prepare PQQ/tender compliance documents and maintain the tender library
- Maintain training records, DBS, CSCS and competency matrices
- Support operational teams with audits, compliance checks and document control
- Collaborate with the India office for QA and back‑office processes
- Strong knowledge of H&S, QMS and construction or energy‑sector compliance
- Excellent document control, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to produce and maintain high‑quality compliance documents
- PAS2030/35 or retrofit experience
- ISO 9001 knowledge or experience preparing for ISO audits
- Experience supporting tender submissions
