About the Role

We’re hiring competitive, driven, commission-only sales reps who want to be part of something that’s growing fast and built from the ground up. You’ll help us get Vibie into gyms, fitness studios, events, and student-led spaces.

This is not a corporate sales job. This is a startup opportunity for hustlers, connectors, and culture carriers who want to be the first in and get rewarded for results.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to gyms, trainers, and studio owners to introduce Vibie AI
  • Pitch the platform using our scripts, tools, and demo experience
  • Close free trials → convert them into paid accounts
  • Earn commission for every deal — no cap
  • Refer other reps to the team and build your own earning network
  • Help shape how we sell, scale, and dominate this category
  • Are competitive by nature and love being #1 on the leaderboard
  • Have experience in fitness, events, student orgs, or community spaces
  • Are confident reaching out via calls, DMs, or in person
  • Want to be part of something before it blows up
  • Are entrepreneurial and comfortable with commission-only pay (at first)
  • Want to grow into a leadership or regional growth role
