Your mission
Location: Coalisland (office based)
Role Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support to the Build team in NI, collating and reporting data, liaising with the project team and helping to ensure the build teams are supported to carry out their roles.
The Job Role:
- Support the Head of Operations and the Build team in NI with administration requirements, including supporting with job packs and updates with build information.
- Ensure that timesheets are completed and submitted on time and accurately.
- Support the permitting team in providing information for upcoming permits required, ensuring works can go ahead as scheduled.
- Attend project update meetings, taking minutes and actions for the build team and following up on actions.
- Liaise with the project team regularly to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Collating reports on productivity and build status.
- Triage calls and emails from other business units, ensuring follow up action is taken where required.
- Willing to learn company mapping system and support with updates on build.
- Provide any other general administration support for the build team.
- Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved.
The Person:
- At least 2 years' experience in an administration support role.
- High level of IT proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of working in a utilities or construction based environment is desirable.
