Rakuten Viber is one of the most popular and downloaded apps in the world. Working with us provides a unique opportunity to influence hundreds of millions of our users and to be part of the journey that makes us a super-app. Our mission is to make people's lives easier by enabling meaningful connections, from precious moments with family and friends, through managing business relationships to pursuing their passions.

At Rakuten Viber, we connect people around the world - and with Viber Pay, we're going even further. Our in‐app payment feature lets users send and receive money instantly, with zero fees. It’s growing fast, and we’re looking for a well‐rounded Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale user growth and engagement.

The foundation of this role is CRM - planning and delivering campaigns that drive impact across the user lifecycle - but there’s plenty of scope to own other projects and initiatives across the marketing mix. You’ll thrive here if you’re a proactive generalist with a hands‐on approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for testing and optimization. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Specialist and cross‐functional teams to bring ideas to life and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities:
  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns end‐to‐end using Braze – from planning and building to testing and reporting.
  • Take full ownership of projects – whether that’s launching new journeys, improving onboarding, or exploring new growth opportunities.
  • Bring a test‐and‐learn mindset to everything you do, using data to experiment and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics and other teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
  • Run performance reviews and share actionable insights with the wider team.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media, and content as needed – this is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their skill set.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, growth or digital marketing (agency or in‐house).
  • A strong foundation in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with experience delivering multi‐channel campaigns.
  • Confident using data to guide decisions and measure performance.
  • Hands‐on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
  • A generalist mindset with an interest (or experience) in other areas like performance marketing, SEO, or content.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills – you’re organized, clear, and good at getting things done.
  • Fluent English is essential. Greek or another CEE language is a strong advantage.
  • You enjoy working at pace and are comfortable juggling multiple projects in a startup‐style environment.
  • Experience with or a genuine interest in fintech, payments or mobile apps is a bonus.
