The foundation of this role is CRM - planning and delivering campaigns that drive impact across the user lifecycle - but thereâs plenty of scope to own other projects and initiatives across the marketing mix. Youâll thrive here if youâre a proactive generalist with a handsâon approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for testing and optimization. Youâll work closely with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Specialist and crossâfunctional teams to bring ideas to life and keep projects moving.
Responsibilities:- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns endâtoâend using Braze â from planning and building to testing and reporting.
- Take full ownership of projects â whether thatâs launching new journeys, improving onboarding, or exploring new growth opportunities.
- Bring a testâandâlearn mindset to everything you do, using data to experiment and improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics and other teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
- Run performance reviews and share actionable insights with the wider team.
- Support wider marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media, and content as needed â this is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their skill set.
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, growth or digital marketing (agency or inâhouse).
- A strong foundation in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with experience delivering multiâchannel campaigns.
- Confident using data to guide decisions and measure performance.
- Handsâon experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
- A generalist mindset with an interest (or experience) in other areas like performance marketing, SEO, or content.
- Excellent communication and project management skills â youâre organized, clear, and good at getting things done.
- Fluent English is essential. Greek or another CEE language is a strong advantage.
- You enjoy working at pace and are comfortable juggling multiple projects in a startupâstyle environment.
- Experience with or a genuine interest in fintech, payments or mobile apps is a bonus.
